Campus Crime Information

On April 4, Vice President Joe Bieden and Education Secretary Arne Duncan set down new rules to guide schools in their responsibilities towards sexual violence within the school.

The mere definition of sexual assault can range from anything from an "accidental" slip-up to full out horrific rape. While I believe that it is good that they are setting down laws for schools to take responsibility, what necessarily counts as "sexual assault" can be questionable, and easily exaggerated as well as understated.
